- Manage overall air export related activities
- Handle pricing and negotiation with airlines
- Optimize transport organization
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor completion of dispatching procedures
- Train teammates and trainees
- Troubleshoot complaints and handle claims
