- 1-3 years experience in customer service
- Basic understanding of sanitary ware

Responsibilities
- Provide timely support to customers and contractors
- Coordinate product inspections and service appointments
- Manage warranty claims and prepare service reports
- Communicate technical findings to stakeholders
- Liaise with supply chain for replacement parts
- Document customer feedback and service records
- Support product commissioning and troubleshooting
