Responsibilities
- Manage human resources administration including employee data filing.
- Process recruitment administration from interview scheduling to onboarding.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime, and permissions.
- Prepare and verify payroll administration including salary components.
- Manage BPJS Health and Employment administration.
- Support HR activities such as training and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate general affairs needs including office supplies and maintenance.
