- 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices accurately
- Monitor customer accounts for timely collections
- Follow up on overdue invoices
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances
- Record incoming payments in the accounting system
- Prepare AR aging reports
- Assist in month-end closing and audits
