Core Requirements

4-Year College Degree in Finance or Business Management
1+ year in accounts receivable or related support
Experience in a corporate finance or manufacturing environment
Practical knowledge in ERP Applications
Proficient in MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

Review and analyze customer deductions
Validate deduction claims against sales data
Classify deductions by type and assign credit codes
Determine credit processing based on policies
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes
Communicate with customers for documentation and updates
Maintain deduction data in the ERP system
Support month-end close processes and reporting
Prepare denial letters for unsupported claims
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
