Core Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Business Studies
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting roles
- Strong command of English; Chinese is a plus
- Experience with accounting software, preferably Oracle
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Responsibilities
- Update LC charges and status to match bank records
- Prepare vendor and supplier invoice payments
- Prepare debit/credit notes for customers and suppliers
- Assist with month-end journals and reconciliations
- Investigate variances with relevant parties
- Validate and process staff reimbursements
- Assist with tax preparation and submissions
