Core Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Receivables
  • Strong understanding of project-based billing
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end Account Receivables process
  • Prepare invoices and supporting documentation
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Sales
  • Maintain accurate customer account statements
  • Monitor aging receivables and perform follow-ups
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Prepare AR aging reports and contribute to cash flow forecasting
