Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3-5 years of experience in Account Receivables
- Strong understanding of project-based billing
- Experience with ERP systems
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end Account Receivables process
- Prepare invoices and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Sales
- Maintain accurate customer account statements
- Monitor aging receivables and perform follow-ups
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare AR aging reports and contribute to cash flow forecasting
