- Assign GL codes and enter claims into the accounting system.
- Monitor the status of petty cash claims.
- Prepare consolidated reports for the finance team.
- Reconcile petty cash records with actual balances.
- Maintain organized digital files of cash documents.
- Enforce compliance with petty cash policies.
