Responsibilities
- Engage with Sellers via phone and email.
- Assist with account health-related inquiries.
- Develop innovative self-help tools for Sellers.
- Provide operational support to third-party partners.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Document processes and create internal documentation.
- Monitor and address chronic system issues.
